Cape Playhouse 2010: a season for musicals & comedy

America's oldest professional summer theatre announces four of its six 2010 shows

Fans of this Cape Cod institution only have a few months to wait before the 2010 season opens on Monday, June 7, 2010.

Recently, the Cape Playhouse revealed four of its six offerings for the coming season and if you are fan of comedy and musicals, you are in for a treat!  A riff on Hitchcock, a Tony Award winning 50s musical, Christmas in July and the hysterical story of a swinging American in Paris will fill the Dennis stage with the sights and sounds of Broadway.

All performances are Monday through Saturday at 8 p.m., with matinees on Wednesday and the second Thursday at 2 p.m., and the first Saturday at 4 p.m.

Tickets are: Premium Orchestra: $69.25, Regular Orchestra: $49.25, Balcony: $29.25. There is a $10.00 surcharge on musicals. Tickets may be purchased online or by calling the Box Office at 1-877-385-3911. Get the best seats for the season by becoming a subscriber.
