DENNIS - James P. Kelley won't be the only one being arraigned Tuesday morning on unarmed robbery charges. His girlfriend, 26-year-old Marjorie Moriarty of 11 Edwards Ave. in Dennisport, will be joining him, according to a Dennis police release.

Dennis police arrested Kelley Saturday night in connection with the unarmed robbery of the Citizens' Bank on Route 134 in South Dennis Wednesday.

According to police, Moriarty turned herself in Monday afternoon at the Dennis Police Station when she found out police had an arrest warrant with her name on it.

The couple have both been charged with one count of unarmed robbery.  Police did not comment on Moriarty's exact part in the crime.

Wednesday morning, Kelley allegedly entered the bank and passed a teller a note demanding money.  He was reportedly dressed all in dark clothing and his face was covered.  He is charged with unarmed robbery because he did not show or mention a gun during the robbery, police said.

Kelley has been a guest of the Barnstable House of Correction since Saturday night on $10,000 cash bail. Moriarty is being held at the Dennis Police Station on $1,000 cash bail until her Tuesday arraignment in Orleans District Court.
