BREWSTER - Brewster police have issued a Level 3 sex offender notice for Brewster. Michael S. Clinton, 42, has listed 19 Huckleberry Lane in Brewster as a secondary address (classified as O for other by SORB), according to a Brewster police release. Huckleberry Lane is off Route 39, across from the Cape Cod National Golf Club. Clinton's primary address is listed as 290 Commercial Street in Provincetown.
There is currently no work address listed for Clinton.
Clinton is a white male, 5'6", 200 lbs, with brown hair and blue eyes.
In 1997, he was convicted of indecent assault and battery on a child under 14, two counts of rape and abuse of a child, two counts of unnatural and lascivious acts with a child under 16 and indecent assault and battery on a child under the age of 14, according to Massachusetts Sex Offender Registry Board (SORB) records.
Clinton is not wanted by the police at this time.
