A "short duration" lane restriction will be in effect on Thursday on the Bourne Bridge. Photo by Maggie Kulbokas.
The Bourne Bridge will be down to three lanes on Thursday, August 15, 2013 while electrical work is done. Between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., one of the southbound lanes (coming onto the Cape) will be closed.
The other three lanes will remain open to motorists.
The US Army Corps of Engineers estimates the work will only take the first half of the day to complete.
