Two killed in Bourne crane accident

Update: The two men killed were doing line work for Mass Bay Electrical when the accident occurred, according to WCVB TV. The men were identified as Joseph L. Boyd III of Fall River and John Loughran of Quincy.

BOURNE - Two workers were killed Saturday in a crane accident in Bourne. According to WBZ TV, the incident occurred around 1 p.m. at Cape Cod Aggregates Corp. at the company's Bourne location at 665 Scenic Highway.

The truck overturned reportedly killing two men who have yet to be identified.

According to the CCA website, the Bourne location provides native stone, sand and gravel.

The incident is under investigation by Bourne police and state officials.
