CCCC Hosts Sexual Assault Awareness Month Events

April 11th and April 12th at Cape Cod Community College

Cape Cod Community College invites the public to join them the College observes Sexual Assault Awareness Month on Tuesday and Wednesday April 11th and 12th.

In collaboration with Independence House, a Cape Cod resource center for domestic and sexual violence victims and their children, there will be a display of The Clothesline Project, and a film and guided discussion will be featured each day.  

Staff from Independence House will be available at all events.  

APRIL 11 & 12: 11:00am5:00pm: Cape Cod’s entire collection of The Clothesline Project, in “the Quad.”

APRIL 11 1:004:00pm: Showing of the movie “Spotlight” in the Tilden Arts Center Main Theater, followed by discussion.

APRIL 12 2:304:30pm: Showing of the movie “It’s Not Just Jenna” in Lecture Hall A, sponsored by the Cape Cod & Islands Enough Abuse Campaign, followed by discussion.
