"Current Scams and Your Rights as a Consumer"

On  Monday, July 24, 2017 at 10:30AM, the Bourne Council on Aging, 239 Main Street, Buzzards Bay, is pleased to be hosting “Current Scams and Your Rights As A Consumer”, presented by the Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office and the Consumer Assistance Council of Cape Cod in cooperation with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s Office.

This is a special presentation to help individuals learn how to recognize scams, how to protect yourself against scams and what to do if you are a victim. The program will also address how to protect your rights as a consumer, in matters such as shopping disputes, debt collection & credit matters, home improvement disputes and more.
