ASSEMBLY OF DELEGATES Notice of Public Hearing on
Barnstable County Proposed Ordinances No. 17-10 and 17-11
On August 16, 2017, at 4:15p.m., the Assembly of Delegates will hold two public hearings. One on Proposed County Ordinance 17-10: To add to the County's operating budget for Fiscal Year 2018, as·enacted in Ordinance No. 17-04, by making supplemental appropriations for the Fiscal Year two-thousand and eighteen of $245,000 to be expended for settlement obligations and storm related damages at the County complex and one on Proposed County Ordinance 17-11: To add to the County's operating budget for Fiscal Year 2018, as enacted in Ordinance No.17-04, by making supplemental appropriations for the Fiscal Year two-thousand and eighteen of $8,000 for the purpose of increasing the work hours of the Human Rights Coordinator.

The public hearing will be held in the Chamber of the Assembly of Delegates, First District Courthouse, Route 6A, Barnstable, MA.

Anyone wishing to testify orally will be welcome to do so.  Written comments may also be submitted at the hearing, faxed to the Assembly office (508) 362-6530, e-mailed to the office ([email protected]), or delivered or mailed for receipt by Noon on or before the date of 
the hearing to the office of the Assembly of Delegates, First District Courthouse, Route 6A,  Bmnstable, MA  02630.

The full text of Proposed Ordinance 17-10 and 17-11 has been distributed to the Town Clerk of each town in Barnstable County and is also available from the office of the Assembly of Delegates,   First   District   Courthouse,  Route   6A,   Barnstable,   MA.,   and   on   line   at­-delegates/conmittees/standing-committee-agendas-minutes/
