SOLD OUT Holiday Buffet at Cape Tech's Hidden Cove on Friday

Voters approved new school. Did school just slam its gates in public's face?
SOLD OUT with pre-sale tickets

Another sumptuous buffet will be served this Friday by the Culinary Group at Cape Cod Regional Technical High School.  However you can't attend.   The school switched to a "reservations only" policy and sold out almost immediately.

The Hidden Cove restaurant was hosting a Holiday Buffet, open to the public, on Friday December 15th from 11 AM until 12:30 PM.  Admission was $10 per person - but it's sold out.

In a departure from previous buffets, reservations are required.  They may be telephoned to 508-432-4500, extension 303 or made in person at The Hidden Cove. SOLD OUT

The Holiday buffet promised a hearty Cape Cod meal including:

  • Clam chowder
  • Caesar salad
  • Carving station of ham with maple glaze
  • Roasted potatoes
  • Penne pasta primavera
  • Boston baked beans
  • Grilled petite salmon with orange rosemary butter
  • Glazed carrots

As always, the students will have prepared some yummy dessert choices.

Don't bother to stop in Friday, as you will be turned away.

Two thumbs down to The Hidden Cove - One for constructively limiting their event to the school community.  Two for slamming their gates in the public's face after the school won the "big vote" for their new building.
