[Summary] Wintry weather continues to impact E/SE MA into early morn; @ 1"/hr snowfall rates, add'l localized 1-3" of accum (temp dependent), low visibility & hazardous travel; high tide ending, coastal flood inundation lessening; winds remain an issue; downed limbs/power outages

Lingering Snow ...
Forecast snowfall now through roughly noon; some places could see an additional 1-3" before all is said and done, esp east & southeast MA where a pronounced snow band is presently ongoing, tapering off during the early morning hours

Winds ...
While wind headlines have been dropped, will still be breezy along the E MA coastline; w/ pasty, wet snow ongoing, @ 25-35 mph N gusts, biggest threat will be for downed limbs, power lines on top of hazardous wintry weather conditions

Coastal Flooding ...
Coming out of high tide. Low lying inundation concluding. Some locations may be slow to drain given @ 2-3 foot surge this morning. Wind & wave action onshore with waves over 15 to 20 feet immediately offshore, NE winds gusting 25 to 35 mph

Marine...
Wind & wave action out on the waters, combination of storm & gale warnings still in effect; hazardous boating conditions for any mariners; should see activity slowly diminish thru the day

Rain with a chance of snow this morning. Snow accumulation up to 1 inch. Blustery with highs around 40. Northwest winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph, becoming west 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph this afternoon. Chance of precipitation near 100 percent.

Mostly cloudy in the evening, then clearing. Lows in the lower 30s. West winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 25 mph.
