Job #1 – Grounds Supervisor – Lower Cape Full Time: Will work with the grounds team to assure quality craftsmanship in all facets of grounds care such as: lawn maintenance, ornamental pruning, annual installation, working with fine gardener, some tree work, cleaning the beach with tractor, mulching, weeding and snow removal. Coordinate with outside vendors, landscapers etc. Maintenance and repair of irrigation system. Experience as a supervisory or team lead is desirable Knowledge of tools and equipment maintenance, trimmers, leaf blowers, and other related equipment is required. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus but not required. Valid Driver’s License required. Must be able to work weekends and be flexible with schedule. Required overtime during spring planting season

Job #2 – Reception/Data Entry – Upper Cape Full Time: Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate service, answering incoming calls and greeting visitors, daily time sheet and accounts payable data entry, and ability to meet data entry deadlines. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills, high level of customer service and professionalism, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, and Data entry keyboarding skills. Would prefer at least 1-year experience as a receptionist and must have at least 1- year experience in Data Entry.
