Teen Critically Injured in Fall from Water Tower

A teenager suffered critical injuries after he fell from the water storage tank off German Hill Road in Yarmouth around 6 p.m. Saturday.  It is estimated the young man fell between 70 and 75 feet.

The victim was transported to Cape Cod Hospital after a MedFlight helicopter was unable to respond due to weather conditions.

No further information is available.  Yarmouth Police are investigating the incident.
