Mashpee Police Seek Info on Theft of Gold Star Family's Memorial

Editor's Note:  A memorial placed in the yard of fallen Marine PFC Dan McGuire was removed from the premises over the weekend and is presumed stolen.

From the Mashpee Police Department:

The Mashpee Police Department is actively looking for information regarding the disappearance of this memorial. Please contact the department directly at 508-539-1480 with any information.

For Memorial Day my Mom put out this display in honor of those who sacrificed themselves for our freedom. It holds special significance in our house because we are family of Fallen Marine PFC Dan McGuire. Last night someone took the silhouette of the kneeling soldier from our yard. Please help us find it.
