Four-Vehicle Crash on Route 6 Sends Three to Hospital

From the Dennis Fire Department:

A four car motor vehicle rear-ender crash sent three people to Cape Cod Hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

At 09:35 am the Dennis fire department along with the Harwich fire department responded to a reported accident on Route 6 eastbound on suicide alley at mile marker 78.9.

There were three automobiles and a UPS delivery truck involved which tied up traffic for miles in both directions. All three victims that were transported were from the same vehicle.

Dennis and Harwich ambulances along with an Eastham ambulance that was returning from the hospital, assisted in the transporting of the patients.

Speedy dry was applied by fire personnel to absorb any environmental hazards.

Mass State Police were on scene investigating and controlling traffic.
