Upcoming Programs for Kids at Yarmouth Port Library

A little something for everyone...

Yarmouth Port Library invites children and their families to join us this summer for two fun Family programs:

On Wednesday, July 18th at 2 PM Amy Tavares from Rainforest Reptile Shows will be back once again to amaze and delight us. She brings lots of interesting animals and there will be plenty of "hands-on" opportunities.

On Saturday, August 18th at 10:30 AM Julie Stepanek will be here. Do you play the ukulele? Do you wish you did? Want to give it a try and have a fun, family musical experience at the same time? Julie brings her stories, songs, and ukuleles, all the ingredients for a rollicking good time and she works with all ages. Even very young children are invited, so bring the whole family. If you have a ukulele, bring it along. If not, we'll have some for you to try. Both of these programs are free but space is limited so, please, reserve your place in advance.

In addition we will have weekly drop-in programs: Lego's, games, crafts, visits with the Therapy Dogs, and more. Check our website for more information.
