Wareham Police Arrest Man Found Passed Out in Car

From Wareham Police:

On Tuesday July 10, at about 6:30 pm, Sgt. Daniel Flaherty observed a vehicle parked at the boat ramp at the corner of Union Avenue and East Boulevard. He further noted a person slumped over toward the passenger seat, and the music on very loudly.

After making other observations, Scott Monteiro, 55, of New Bedford was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of alcohol. Mr. Monteiro was transported to police headquarters where he was processed, pending arraignment in Wareham District Court on Wednesday, July 11.

This is the second arrest by Wareham Police for OUI, on Tuesday
