From the Falmouth Police Department:

Officer DePonte discovered this guy stumbling in and out of traffic on Rt. 151. Officer DePonte found him to have droopy and bloodshot eyes and noted that he was communicating as if he had a thick tongue.

Based on the above information, he was taken into custody and provided with all of his statutory rights. He couldn't recall any phone numbers so we haven't been able to contact anyone to let them know that he is in custody.

If he belongs to you then call Falmouth Marine and Environmental Services at 508-457-2550 or the Falmouth Police/Fire Dispatch Center at 774-255-4527.
