Wareham DNR Identifies Illegal Dumper

From the Wareham Department of Natural Resources:

The Wareham Department of Natural Resources is happy to announce that the person responsible for dumping trash behind Home Depot near the cell phone tower discovered on 11/09/18 has been identified. 

After an investigation by Officer Joshua Kimball, Gregory Boggan of 2018 Pineapple Highway, Greenville AL has been cited for the offenses of motor vehicle trespass and unlawful disposal of trash in the amount of $1,250.00 

Boggan has been ordered to clean up of his items that were improperly discarded.

Our Department is 100% committed to protecting, preserving, promoting and managing the natural resources, waters and wild animal resources of the Town of Wareham and insures the public safety for all residents and visitors alike that utilize these resources year round, through education and enforcement of local, state and federal environmental, maritime and domestic animal laws.
