People for Cats - Mouse

An adorable, young short hair male...
Mouse needs a patient owner to help with his socialization. (PFC photo)

Mouse is an adorable little gray domestic short hair male. This 2 1/2-year old is small in stature and sports a soft gray coat accented by green eyes. We consider him to be a special needs cat: he is painfully shy, has had relatively limited socialization in his short little life, and as a result does not appear to bond. Mouse came in to PFC along with his father when their previous owner passed away. They were not bonded and his dad who was very socialized got adopted immediately. Mouse however keeps getting overlooked. He has recently made a few inroads in learning to trust people, but still has quite a way to go. We are looking for a special angel with the patience this little boy needs. Mouse is as cute as a button and we suspect that he might eventually turn into a good kitty companion. Why not come in to meet this little fellow?

If you would like to visit with Mouse or one of our other equally deserving cats, come in to the shelter at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket. We are open to the public on Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hotline: 508-540-5654, press #0 if you have cat related issues, questions or for further information about People For Cats, or press #2 if you need financial assistance for veterinary care for your cat.
