Yarmouth Police Forming Next Citizen Police Academy Class

APPLICANTS SOUGHT FOR 26TH YARMOUTH POLICE CITIZEN POLICE ACADEMY

The Yarmouth Police Department is beginning our 26th session of our Citizen Police Academy on Thursday, January 24, 2019. This is our 24 year anniversary of YPD Citizen Police Academy and our program offers a comprehensive behind-the-scenes look at modern progressive law enforcement in Massachusetts and our community.

The Academy meets for 10 weeks primarily on Thursday evenings from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM in the Law Enforcement Training Center at Yarmouth Police Headquarters.

The Academy is only offered one time per year and the class fills up very fast so please sign up as promptly as you can!

• All applicants will be subject to a background check
• If selected—applicants will be notified

We are the original and longest running Citizen Police Academy on Cape Cod and the Islands and it is open to all qualified Cape Codders at no cost.

We would love to have you in our class and encourage you to enroll now and check out the second largest Police Department on Cape Cod and the Islands as we work to together transform Yarmouth in to one of the safest communities in the region.
