People for Cats - Minky (encore)

A beautiful cat who loves attention...
Minky is a friendly, curious five-year-old kitty. (PFC photo)

Our cat of the week Minky is a pretty black domestic short hair female. This lady is approximately 5 years old and sports a gleaming black coat accented with a small patch of white on her chest. We can’t understand why this little cutie is still with us, since she is a sweet and affectionate lady. Although in fairness she also has a bit of an independent streak in her. Minky was originally found as a stray and when her previous owner was found they decided not to take her back. She is a friendly girl who loves attention, but when she’s had enough she will walk away. This cutie will need an attentive home that can keep her curiosity about the outside world at bay. But she is a lively, friendly, playful and entertaining girl who would be a great kitty companion to the right person.

If you would like to visit with Minky or one of our other equally deserving cats, come in to the shelter at 44 Beagle Lane in Teaticket. We are open to the public on Wednesdays from 4 to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Hotline: 508-540-5654, press #0 if you have cat related issues, questions or for further information about People For Cats, or press #2 if you need financial assistance for veterinary care for your cat.
