Job #1 – Office Manager – Lower Cape

Full Time: Job responsibilities include all aspects of customer service including phone, in person and email communications. Manage Accounts Receivables including preparing and mailing invoices and statements, reconciling customer accounts. Preparing estimates and work orders. Maintaining accurate customer and vendor files. Tracking lease payments, License Agreements and Liability Certificates. Supervising summer hires. Ordering office supplies. Must be proficient in Quick books, Excel MS Word and Outlook. Some experience in accounts payable desirable but not required. Must be a team player with calm professional demeanor. Employer pays 100% health insurance however if insurance not required then salary is negotiable.

Job #2 – Medical Assistant (Non-Certified or Certified) – Martha’s Vineyard

Full Time: Assist with the delivery of patient care in accordance with current applicable Federal, State and Local standards, guidelines, regulations and established procedures as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure the highest degree of quality care and safety be maintained. Escorts and places patients in examination rooms and obtain for all patients: height, weight, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. Handles all office specimens with universal precautions: collect, label, and send to laboratory. Accurately fills in requisitions for patient paperwork, patient supplies, and medical supplies. Requires BLS. Medical Assistant experience preferred.
