TOWN OF DENNIS RECYCLING DEPOT
RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY

The Town of Dennis, Department of Public Works (DPW) is pleased to announce the completion of the Dennis Glass Recycling Depot. The project was partially funded by a Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection grant for $120,500.

The Town of Dennis will be partnering with Northeast Resource Recovery Association to recycle glass containers into processed glass aggregate (PGA). The DPW is offering a Cape Cod regional solution to glass recycling. PGA will be able to be utilized in construction projects in Dennis and in participating communities.

From the Town of Dennis:

A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. to celebrate the completion of the regional Glass Recycling Depot. Several participating communities will join us this day by tipping glass at the site located at the Dennis Transfer Station 100 Theophilus F. Smith Road, South Dennis, MA 02660.

Please contact David Johansen of the DPW at 508-760-6220 or [email protected] for more information.
