Job #1 – Housekeeping Office Coordinator – Lower Cape

Full Time: Create work assignments for Engineering, Room, House and Lobby Attendants through the KnowCross System. Administer equipment maintenance programs such as vehicle, vacuum, cell phone, crib and roll-away beds to ensure items are well maintained. Update current and updated room status report, communicating waitlisted items with the Front Office and Housekeeping Supervisors. Monitor and track status of out-of-order rooms. Administer Lost and Found items. Work well independently as well as in a team setting, following direction thoroughly. Computer Skills including Outlook, Excel, Internet Explorer needed. Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Job #2 – Assistant Town Engineer – Mid Cape

Full Time: Assist with the planning and designing of projects in the areas of water supply and wastewater treatment and disposal as well as work with others in executing maintenance of roads, harbors, and bridges. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in civil or ocean engineering and be registered as a professional engineer in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. More than seven years of progressively responsible relevant experience in planning, design, and construction for broad spectrum of large complex construction projects required and a minimum of three years supervisory experience also required. Salary range is $91,352 - $100,860 annually with fantastic benefits. APPLICATION DEADLINE JUNE 28, 2019.
