AGAIN - Another Stabbing in Downtown Hyannis

Cab driver taken to hospital with unknown injuries...

UPDATE 8:34 P.M. TUESDAY, JUNE 18, 2019 - Police report that the assailant is actually a juvenile who had falsely represented himself to officers as 19 years old.  The juvenile has been charged in the incident.

The cab driver was reportedly treated and released from Cape Cod Hospital after suffering stab wounds to his chest.

UPDATE AT 10:30 P.M. - Barnstable Police have reportedly taken a 19 year old Bourne man into custody in this matter.

A cab driver was reportedly stabbed in Hyannis Monday evening.  The cabbie was reportedly stabbed while on Camp Street near Crocker Street at approximately 7:30 p.m.

The victim was transported to Cape Cod Hospital with unknown injuries.

Barnstable Police are investigating this incident and have not yet released an official statement.
