From the Wareham Police Department:

On Monday, June 24, at about 9:15 a.m. Wareham Police responded to a reported disturbance at the Speedway Gas on Main Street. Upon arrival officers observed a male to be yelling and extremely agitated towards another male. The officers determined that one of the males had been asked to leave by an employee after becoming unruly in the store. Officers Zina Kelsch and Richard Robidoux placed Louie Figaratto Jr., 62, of Attleborough, under arrest for disorderly conduct, disturbing the peace, assault and battery, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. It is alleged that Mr. Figaratto became so hostile that he spat at, shoved, and threw coins at the employee during the incident.

Later, at about 7:00 p.m. Wareham Police received a call about an erratic operator in the area of Hathaway Street. A vehicle description was given out and officers began checking the area. A short time later Officer Eric Machado located and stopped the vehicle on Main Street. After further investigation, Brian Bartel, 33, of Wareham was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of alcohol and failure to stay in marked lanes. Officer Jennifer Braley assisted in the arrest.
