Job #1 – Outpatient Administrative Assistant – Mid Cape

Full Time:  Responsible for welcoming and assisting patients for the easiest access to care possible. Assisting clinical and medical staff with their requests. Triaging and processing telephone calls for multiple types of patients and services. Checking insurance eligibility and benefits for all patients daily. Referral tracking and authorizations. Availability to cover all positions at the site and occasional coverage at other outpatient sites may be required. A degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting or Health Care Administration is preferred, although work experience in a medical office at a suitable level of responsibility may be substituted. Computer literate and experience with Microsoft Office and the internet.

EMR experience preferred. Proficient typing skills required.

Job #2 – Room Technician – Lower Cape

Full Time: Perform general maintenance and repairs. Respond to engineering and maintenance concerns as requested by Engineering Manager and Engineering Coordinator. 

Perform all preventative maintenance with follow through when the project is completed. Maintain departmental compliance with hotel maintenance procedures at all time. Basic knowledge of minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry preferred but not required. Hotel or Resort experience preferred. Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekend, holiday and evening shifts. Additional requirements include grouting showers, able to caulk tubs, touch-up woodwork, and minor carpentry and be able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
