Job #1 – Manufacturing Associate – Upper Cape

A growing company  is currently seeking both experienced and non-experienced production workers to carry out various tasks in their busy warehouse and on their production lines.  The ideal candidates will have some mechanical or construction experience, excellent communication skills and a high degree of mechanical aptitude.  The successful applicant will be responsible for operating production line equipment, finishing products and reporting any issues directly to supervisors.  Starting wage is $15.50/hour, promotion from within as well as training provided for advancement in responsibility and increased compensation.  Full medical benefits and paid time off.  Hours are 6:00 am to 2:45 pm.

Job #2 – Administrative Assistant – Martha’s Vineyard

Full Time: The primary purpose of this job is to assist in a confidential manner, the planning, organization and execution of activities for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Quality/Clinical Officer and other members of the senior management staff. Manage the Outlook calendar for the CFO. Assist with filing of paper and electronic documents. Support the Finance & Compliance Committees of the Board of Trustees, including scheduling meetings, organizing meeting materials and meeting space, taking and drafting meeting minutes. Compile daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as directed. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors degree. EXPERIENCE:  Minimum 1 years experience as an Administrative Assistant preferably working in a corporate environment; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word); Minimum 1 year experience using Epic.
