The Cape Cod Regional Technical High School is pleased to announce the formation of their new 501(c)(3), The Cape Cod Tech Foundation. The Cape Cod Tech Foundation’s mission seeks to raise private funds for future programming, student scholarships and “toolships”, as well as to provide funds for the benefit our students and teachers. Executive Director, Bob Eckel, will be seeking support from the local business community, individuals and area service organizations in support of the foundation’s mission.

Cape Cod Tech serves the communities from Mashpee to Provincetown and this school year begins forty-five years of providing Career and Vocational Technical Education (CVTE) programs which develop the skilled graduates that sustain the Cape Cod workforce. For the 2019-20 school year, 618 students are enrolled in one of four academies: the Transportation Academy (Automotive Technology, Automotive Collision & Repair and Marine Service Technology), the Construction Academy (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and Horticulture), the Health and Human Services Academy (Culinary Arts, Health Technology, Dental Assisting and Cosmetology) and the S.T.E.A.M Academy (Information Technology, Engineering Technology and Design & Visual Communications).

“With a new school in September of 2020 supported by all twelve towns and the formation of the Cape Cod Tech Foundation we intend to further enhance programs with state-of-the-art equipment and facilities while offering additional financial assistance to our students. We expect the Cape Cod Tech Foundation to further strengthen our link with local businesses and individuals that want to support our academic and technical programming,” said Cape Cod Tech Superintendent, Bob Sanborn.
