From the Office of Barnstable County Sheriff Jim Cummings:

Through the BCSO’s partnership with the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement Office and specially trained Sheriff’s deputies, the following Barnstable County Correctional Facility inmates have been identified as likely residing in the United States without authorization and the BCSO has provided information on these individuals to ICE for further action.

  1. 67 year old male of Jamaica @ BCCF 10/28/19 – present: Trafficking In Cocaine, 200 GR or More, Conspiracy To violate Drug Law
  2. 57 year old male of Haiti @ BCCF 10/17/19 – 10/18/19: A&B On Family/ Household Member
  3. 20 year old male of Jamaica @BCCF 10/15/19 – present: A&B, Accost/Annoy Another Person x2
  4. 33 year old male of Argentina @ BCCF 10/27/19 – 10/28/19: OUI 2nd Offense
