As part of their continuing community service projects, Monomoy Regional Middle School students in the Megalodon club spent a recent Friday evening volunteering with the Youth StreetReach organization. Youth StreetReach is a program of the Cape Cod Council of Churches that encourages teens to support individuals who have or are still dealing with being homeless. The Monomoy students organized toiletries donated by families, and delivered those to the Federated Church in Hyannis, where they then sorted donated clothing and prepared food for clients. The Monomoy Megalodons are a student organization that focuses on leadership skills and community involvement.
