#1 – Shop Services Assistant – Upper Cape

Full Time: This is an entry level position, reporting to a Facilities Shop Supervisor. Under direct supervision, performs a variety of routine work associated with the areas of machining, maintenance, electrical, and/or carpentry. High school, vocational school, or equivalent trade training is preferred. Should be mechanically inclined and suited to do accurate work that requires concentration and physical efforts. Should have basic mathematical aptitude and understand basic concepts for reading drawings. Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions. Physical duties for this position include but are not limited to, ability to lift 25-50 lbs independently, up to 10 times per day; carry 25-50 lbs, up to 10 times per day. Good salary plus full benefits.

#2- Registration Coordinator – Upper Cape

Full Time: Entry Level position. Interacts with clients and oversees event badge planning, scheduling, production and mailings. Provides support for Registration Managers. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, organizing meetings, monitoring project timelines, word processing, filing, and faxing. Extensive software, organizational and communication skills required. Customer service experience essential. Must have the ability to operate independently, possess necessary judgment to recognize when to escalate issues for review, guidance and/or resolution. Strong and effective interpersonal skills and positive working relationships with staff of all levels in a variety of work settings required. Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and various desktop applications. Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
