CENTERVILLE, MA—In what can only be described as overwhelming support, Judy Crocker of Centerville has received the support of leaders in the Trump campaign and the National Republican Party. The contest, to be decided on the March 3rd Presidential Primary ballot, is between two-term incumbent Crocker and newcomer to Republican activism, Andrea St. Germain of Yarmouth.
Crocker, a Republican activist since 2006, has an impressive list of Republican endorsements. Their willingness to support Crocker shows how hard she has worked to get Republicans elected in Massachusetts. Her announcement includes endorsements from 2016 Trump Campaign Massachusetts State Chair Vincent DeVito, 2020 Trump Campaign Massachusetts State Chair and Bristol County Sheriff Thomas Hodgson, Former Congressman Lamar Smith of Texas and Massachusetts National Committeeman and Republican National Committee Treasurer Ron Kaufman.
“Judy is dedicated to helping Republicans in her district, state and across the country be successful. When we needed her for the Trump campaign or any other, Judy was always available to roll up her sleeves and get the job done!” said DeVito.
Sheriff Hodgson commented, “I know Judy feels strongly about supporting our Republican ticket and look forward to working with her in 2020."
“I began working with Judy Crocker in 2010 when I was National Republican Congressional Campaign Mentor for a Massachusetts candidate she was helping. Judy is an incredibly hard worker with solid conservative values, and I am proud to support her and call her my friend,” said former Congressman Smith.
Crocker said, “I’m proud to receive these key endorsements from leaders in the Trump campaign and those who see how hard I’ve worked to strengthen our party on the Cape.”
Republican State Committee is an elected volunteer position. Voters in the Cape and Islands District who vote in the Republican Presidential Primary will also vote to elect this position on the same ballot. The position represents Republicans from this district on the Republican State Committee and is also responsible for assisting in organization and support of Republican candidates and town committees in the area.
