To The Editor:
As a nurse, I am trained to make sure people are cared for properly. As a former Massachusetts Nurses Association organizer, I am keenly aware that the elected officials we choose have a significant impact on how our communities and our neighbors are cared for. We need elected officials that understand the unique issues we face and the concerns we have. We need people on Beacon Hill who are driven by solutions, who are motivated by change, and who are unafraid to speak up for us. That is why in the special election for state senate, I will be voting for Susan Moran.
Susan is the type of person we need representing Plymouth, and the entire Plymouth and Barnstable District on Beacon Hill. Su has the background, the experience and the backbone to fight for us, to make sure our needs are met and to bring people together to find the best solution for all of us.
Nurses’ priority is to make things better, and that should be the same for our elected officials. And I know Susan Moran will do just that as our next state Senator.”
