#1 Senior Maintenance Worker – Lower Cape

Full Time:  Responsible for operation of special and heavy motor equipment; including but not limited to dump trucks, snow plows, lawn equipment, front-end loaders, backhoes; operates a variety of hand and power tools; performs manual work assisting in construction, maintenance and repair of lawns, trees, benches, playground equipment, facilities, etc. High school diploma or equivalency; two years’ experience in a construction related field and grounds maintenance. Class 2B Hoisting Engineer’s and Class B Commercial Driver’s licenses required within 6 months of employment. Weekend work may be required. Deadline to apply February 28, 2020.

#2 Assistant leased Housing Administrator – Mid Cape   

Full Time: Duties include but are not limited to processing applications for determination of eligibility, tenant selection, interim and annual recertification's. Must be well organized, able to multi-task, team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to multi-generational, multi-ethnic population. Ability to interact with tenants in a responsive and responsible manner. Proficient with Microsoft Office including Excel, front desk responsibilities as well as additional administrative duties. Minimum of two years’ experience, with additional experience in property management and or public housing a plus. A valid driver license and reliable transportation.
