Quahog Hunting For the Best Stuffed Quahog at The Mills

All Quahogs may be created equal but it's what the Chef does with them that makes them outstanding and The Mills knows just how to give the Quahog it's just homage. As I have written before and tasted along my journey, not everyone know just how to prepare a savory stuffed quahog but The Mills, seems to have everything on their menu down pat. I stopped by on a cloudy cold day and the cheery and very helpful waitstaff brought sunshine to my table as well as some awesome dishes. First of all they had me at coffee, with a rich hot great tasting cup of coffee and from that moment on I knew that this would be a great dining experience. It wasn't my first stop here and they haven't drop the ball and continue to provide great memoriable dining. My search for a great stuffed quahog has left me sampling lots of unmentionable tasteless, frozen/reheated, highly salty and even burnt presentations . The Mills provided a great presentation as well a savory flavorful stuffing with fine chopped quahogs and small bits of linguicia. It was so delicious and fine tuned in its blend of flavor that it left me craving for more and I am will be returning to order more and try their lunch menu. But this was with breakfast, and it made my breakfast feel a good Cape Cod addition. Because I was trying the quahog I ordered a simple selection of two eggs over easy with red bliss homefries and a grilled english muffin, but nothing is simple at The Mills. The homefries had a great lightly seasoned grilled taste which  could make them a stand dish on their own. On list of the Best Stuffed Quahog on Cape Cod The Mills is in the top four and one I will return for more stuffed quahogs  as well as their other menu selections. Its well worth a visit off of Route 28 on Route149 in Marston Mills. Follow them on Facebook as well as me on Cape Cod Food Lovers . Thanks to all the staff at The Mills for an awesome dining experience.
