RMV pulls Turner license for 3 years

The Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles has suspended for three years the driver's license of Harwich High School Principal Kevin Turner, following his June 9 drunk driving arrest. But the Registry granted him a special hardship license, which permits Turner to drive to and from work between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.
    According to RMV spokesman Erik Abell, Turner, a Centerville resident, must install an ignition interlock device in his car. Drivers breathe into the device before starting the car. If it detects alcohol, the device won't let the car start... [more]

Selectmen allow room for new fire station costs
