Demolition of a Cape Cod House - Cool or Sad?

dday Found this video  on YouTube of the demolition of a small Cape Cod house.

It is  pretty good quality,  well-edited, only three minutes long, and uses an operatic aria from La Boheme for effect.

It's a strangely moving video when you think about the memories this little cottage must have held.

The best memory they'll have about the house is buying it for $20,000, tearing it down, spending $100K to rebuild a new one, and then selling it for $800,000.

Not so sad, Mag.
It's not even a 'cape'. It's a skanky cottage, and it served it's purpose quite well, I'm sure. I hope they 'tube the new one, then we'll see what you think. I'll bet red sox tickets it'll be nice and compfy, not a McMansion.
