Barnstable Airport manager charged with threat to murder
HYANNIS
- The manager of the Barnstable Municipal Airport has been charged with threatening to commit murder in connection with an apparent domestic incident in mid-January. The Times referencing court documents reports the victim drove to the Barnstable Police station to report the incident and obtain a restraining order. That order commonly refered to as a "209A" meant Quincy "Doc" Mosby was forced to turn in his firearms and surrender his firearms license. The case was heard in court last Thursday when a magistrate issued the charge and Mosby is scheduled for arraignment on February 16th. If convicted he could face up to 6 months in prison or a fine of $100.
