Brewster, Centerville, Barnstable, Falmouth crashes; Hyannis stabbing

Police investigate Centerville crash

CENTERVILLE - At least one person was taken to Cape Cod Hospital after this two vehicle crash in Centerville about 3:15 PM.

Reports say the Black Mercury Sable was trying to enter Old State Road from a side street near Buckskin Path when it collided with the gold sedan.

Traffic was rerouted until the wreckage was cleared. 

The crash is under investigation by Barnstable Police.

Driver injured in West Barnstable crash

WEST BARNSTABLE - One person was taken to Cape Cod Hospital after a two vehicle crash on Route 132 by the Burger King around 1:45 PM.

The driver of this Volvo was injured when her car collided with another while one was trying to enter the BK parking lot.

Stabbing in Hyannis
HYANNIS
- One person was rushed to Cape Cod Hospital and later a Boston hospital after an apparent arguement ended in a stabbing in Hyannis. Officials were called to 60 Fresh Holes Road just before 6 PM. Police say a 43-year old Methuen man got into an arguement with another person and went to pull out a knife but grabbed the blade instead causing a serious wound to his hand. Barnstable Police are investigating and will charge the man with assault with a dangerous weapon.

Motorcyclist injured in Falmouth
FALMOUTH
- A car vs motorcycle crash in Falmouth sent the motorcyclist to Falmouth Hospital. The crash happened shortly before 7 PM on Old Barnstable Road at Santa Maria Lane. The injuries do not appear serious. The crash is under investigation by Falmouth Police.
