Turtles slow church building plans
Parishioners of Our Lady of Lourdes Church have been waiting 10 years for their new church to be built, but things have slowed down lately to a turtle’s pace.

Harwich Taxpayers association questions school accounting practices
The Harwich Taxpayers Association took the Harwich School Committee to task at its meeting June 6, charging that the school department may have withheld a budget surplus from the town and that certain of its accounting practices do not meet state regulations.
