Hyannis crash clogs major artery to Hospital

A two vehicle crash on East Main Street in Hyannis blocked a major access route to CCH.
HYANNIS - Just before noon Saturday already clogged roads got a bit worse with this 2 car crash on East Main Street and Bayview Street.

A Dennis ambulance returning from the hospital assisted, and ultimately transported one patient.

The scene is along a major artery for ambulances coming up Route 28 to get th CCH and traffic was so backed up so bad that Barnstable County dispatch advised any incoming ambulances to seek alternate routes to the hospital. Barnstable Police are investigating the crash.

I am considering shoplifting the next time I go to the Hyannis Stop and Shop in the hopes that this officer arrests me. I'd "run away" and then let him "catch me."

A calendar is a great idea and would raise a lot of money for whatever cause the PD or FD chose. The NYFD does a great one, just google "NYFD calendar".

It'll be better than the Cape COd fisherman one, which although a great idea and pretty well done, was lacking in attractiveness except for a couple of months, but that's just MHO.

Is calling someone "piece of garbageman" slander? No, well ok then...here's my opinion for May, June and July: O'keefe, Welsh and Mason. Are we now in slander territory? Funny how that works.
