Kennedy on the Town

It's time again  for Senator Kennedy's annual visit to the people.  The Boston Pops concert on the Hyannis Town Green this evening is the perfect opportunity to be seen with his local constituents. Problem is that it costs $150 to get inside the fence that keeps, well, the people from the man.

In honor of his annual visit , we were treated to the Senator's "views" on the windfarm again in this morning's paper.  Or should I say, he lent his name to the an Alliance piece on Cape Wind. (Nantucket Sound is a National Treasure)  No facts, just opinion.

I guess he needed to show the swells sitting with him in the Orchestra session that he's still their champion even though he's lost the battle.

Well, thanks  Senator for both treats. We really won't get to see you at the concert and we really didn't read anything new in the Cape Cod Times today.

By the way, you think it was a coincidence that his piece ran in today's paper of all days? Thanks Peter (Meyer). Just wondering if Rupert (Murdoch), has a policy about crossing the line between personal and editorial.

You know, Rupert could keep the CC Times just to be a thorn in the Senators Side.

Recently, News Corp. the parent company announced a very aggresive campaign to "be green".

This could get very interesting.

Maybe the piece ran preemptively to tonight's Daily Show segment on Cape Wind.
Can I get a hell yeah to Audra Parker putting on a bra?! Her nippleage was aesthetically not pleasing.

Hell not sure, LeeAnn. As I recall they were barely visible on the horizon.
