Has Stalinist Russia or North Korea come to P-town? Don't tell the bastards you're renting out your home--after all, it's your home, and it's the good old USA. What, is there going to be a "Home Rental Gestapo" checking things out? You ought to be able to do what you want with your home as long as it does not bother the neighbors. That's the alpha and the omega.
