CWN team coverage by Jake O'Callaghan and Kevin Morley
ORLEANS - A fishing boat reportedly began taking on water off Rock Harbor. Nine people were on board the sport fisher Columbia seen at far right in the above photo. A Coast Guard cutter and Orleans fire boat are seen alongside. The vessel was escorted safely into Rock Harbor as more squally weather was moving in. Everyone onboard was reported to be uninjured. It is not clear what caused the vessel to start sinking.

Missing 11-year-old boy found safe
Rescuers and civilians search for a missing 11-year old boy off Brewster.
BREWSTER - A desperate search for a missing 11-year-old boy off Breakwater Beach ended happily after a frantic two hours Thursday. Fire and rescue units from Brewster, Orleans, and Dennis along with the Mass Environmental Police and a Coast Guard helicopter searched for 11-year- old Jack Hensley on the
Brewster flats, part of Cape Cod Bay that retreats several miles at low tide.
He was found at the Sea Street beach off 6A in East Dennis where he had drifted
on his boogie board. At right: Jack is united with his relieved mother and sister.

Bank robbery in Hyannis
Police surround the Rockland Trust Bank on Route 28 after a robbery was reported.
HYANNIS - The Rockland Trust Bank on Iyannough Road (Route 28) in Hyannis was robbed around 9:15 a.m. Thursday morning. Barnstable Police responded and surrounded the area after reports that an armed man had robbed the bank. The man reportedly passed a note to a teller but no weapon was shown. Police with K-9 dogs searched the area for a white male described as being in his 30s to around 40, who was last seen wearing sunglasses, a light colored shirt, dark colored shorts and a baseball cap. A discarded hat that may have been the one in question was discovered across the street and taken as possible evidence. The dog tracked over to the Pufferbellies and Transportation Center area but no suspect had been found as of press time.
