How many times have we had to replace our vehicles, cell phones, computers, & TV's in the past 10 yrs? When we were kids, how many times did our parents have to replace their cars or TV's? What is the main reason we have computers & cell phones? Advertising products. We have become a gluttonous society addicted to new products, many we don't need and it's constantly being forced on us everyday. How many times have we been told we can no longer use our 4 yr. old computer because new software dominates that we replace it. Same with our cell phones. Everyone needs to have a flat screen TV because to have one that is too clunky is considered to not be out of fashion. What a crisis. Same goes for cars. Unless you drive a new $80k Escalade, somehow you are less worthy to be on the road. Watch the way people drive. The flashy high priced newer cars dominate the roadways with their "look at me", cutting you off, whizzing by at a steady 80 mph. But the joke is on them. How many of those cars are paid off? Hardly any, but they must keep up appearances, like every facet of life.

Have no regrets. Continue to enjoy Chatham harbor, one of my favorite spots I will remember well and only the great things the Cape has to offer. Stay clear of trolls and deadbeats. Continue to hang with those in the arts. If I had to do it all over again, I would have chosen a different path and stayed among the artists. To hell with the rest who only try to bring people down to their level. I'll be fine. Lessons learned. But it would be nice to see them get what's comin to them and that goes for the one's who protect the scumbags. Everything happens for a reason and it was my destiny, at least for a short time. It's made me stronger and appreciate what I have in the city. Hang in Neddy, you've got a great spot, just keep the talent streaming along and you will be fine.

I'm in the process, so it is too early to tell. My lawyer, an agency, three major networks and the state house are now involved with my case. When I have a final outcome, I will be sure to share it with others in similar situation as mine. If there are any people on the Cape still fighting to save their homes from foreclosure, get in touch with your congressman's aides first, then a reputable foreclosure prevention agency and a good lawyer. Then may ask you to speak with the local and national networks, as I did and provide your stories. It's hard to share it and put yourself out there, but you must take that chance if you want to save your home. A national network reporter shared that the banks are in deep do-do and can't cover their ass anymore, so by November, Obama promised another 250,000 homes will be rescued from foreclosure. Find out if your lender is on a list that is being sued by the AG's office and that will buy you time. They can't foreclose on your house if mandated by AG's office. That's all I can share for now. Neddy, the media is now on it, but Murdoch and company have tried as hard as they may to put a tight lid on it. I don't like to bring this all out in the open, but I know there are still many people in trouble so I want to help others and that is why I am coming forward with my story. I have many friends in the community from relationships I've built years ago. I know they are also supporting me on this and so I feel confident I will be able to save my home, but it's a very slippery slope and congress has been pushing back on these lenders hard now, because they realize we cannot jump start the economy if people are losing their homes and jobs. It will eventually effect our communities because they will become ghost towns. Businesses, schools, tax revenues will all be hit and they know it. Too much movement will create further chaos. No one is shopping anymore. Things have really slowed down and with the holiday season just around the corner?

What saves me, is my rental income, location and extensive renovations. I wasn't out partying or buying things I didn't need. My home needed a ton of work when I took over where my parents left off. Now that I'm laid off, I'm not sure how this will go, but the lender has given me nothing but grief for over 4 years. Some lawyers and agencies don't help, they are just looking for quick cash and will leave you hanging. The market changed fast and I wasn't making enough on the Cape to sustain what was happening. My broker and lawyer were on the Cape and they were part of the predatory lending scam. From what I heard, the Cape got the worst of it because there was very little oversight and your economic situation compared to the Boston region. We are more stable in many other ways, just the way it is, but it's not right that they took advantage of millions across the country. My lawyer kept telling me, "they were suppose to be professionals, what they did was WRONG". The brokers and lawyers would always say, "you can opt out anytime, to a fixed rate, when I tried, I got a slammed door".

First, I have to be honest with you--not knowing the extent of the allegations concerning ACORN and the supposed "embezzlement", which took place, I feel I can't give an adequate answer to the question you pose to bitter. But only to say, that this agency and the other which Bruce Marks is head of has been fighting vehemently to save homeowners from losing their homes. I do agree, however, that if people cannot afford their homes at a reasonable rate--5-6% (lowered principle, sales are low), they had no right to own them in the first place. Each story is unique. It's a very complex problem we have before us, but you must realize they intended it to be complicated, so we couldn't solve it.

If the employees did steal money claimed, they should absolutely be prosecuted. But I just find the entire incident rather hokey since the mission of these agencies has been to help homeowners. Bush's speech (link I listed here) boasted he wanted to make HOMEOWNERSHIP AFFORDABLE, hello Mav? Who's playing the shell game with lives?

If homeowners qualify for the Obama plan, this is how it works: Contact the AG's office and ask them for a reputable agency to help you hound the lender. There a many throughout Mass., for each region. You will get an application, but some lenders have their own. Complete the documentation, list everything and supply all required documentation. Mail it back via FED EX or Priorty US Mail, get a receipt, and or tracking number to ensure delivery. Payments are based on income, they work out the numbers. A lot of it still appears to be chaotic (one hand not knowing what the other is doing, and stalling tactics, they are notorious in doing, hoping people will just give up..DON'T) it's stressful, but keep on them. If you get approved, there will be a trial period of three months. After that time, they review again, but all your data regarding income must remain the same, if changed, they reconsider. Once approved, you get a reduced rate, FIXED up to 5 years, after that, it goes up to the Fannie Mae rate, not to exceed 5.2% also FIXED. Then you are back in the game and can breathe.

If you listened to the congressional hearing, as I did, CEO's from AIG had the audacity to admit to the panel of senators that these loans were not INSURED! They continued to lend money overseas (Holland was one) and also sunk many investors who had expected to receive very high returns from their bogus investments. When Greenspan adjusted the rates, everything tanked. Borrowers who qualified for the bad loans tried to refinance under the same terms (credit was the same, over 600 and no income changes) they were told NO, YOU CANNOT REFINANCE ON A FIXED RATE. When, in fact, they should have, but you see the lenders had already over extended themselves based on the inflated rates of 12% and up, so they were already losing millions. This was 2005! Five years ago, they were already in major trouble and tried to cover, buy selling more bad loans to people. Economic hardships were the BAIT.

It's tough when people try to mess with your life and you don't even know who they are, but can only speculate. The call from the CAPE to the local network was REAL. The reporter contacted me from work and told me about it. They had to have a conference with their boss and then called me back to say they were going to IGNORE any future calls from this certain individual from the CAPE who was obviously working on a personal vendetta against me. That was there words, not mine. So you tell me?

So far, my daughter and bitter's both had near fatal car accidents just months apart resulting in totaled cars. I lost my home on the Cape due to a deadbeat Eastham fireman who deliberately tried to take my home away by not paying rent, aka squatter and trashing the yard with garbage, broken vehicles and new ATV's in the back ???
I got no support from the sheriff's dept., local police or court system. My lawyer told me to drop it because it would not be worth my effort to pursue. I later found he lost his job, so KARMA WORKED. Agency can't understand why..

....this loan is taking 4 years to go through since other clients with LESS INCOME and same criteria have had and EASIER TIME..interesting. Now, I am laid off. Mom's practically on her death bed. Guess what? I'm still fighting my battles and I will NEVER GIVE UP. If someone is doing these things deliberately to screw up my life, I will hunt them down with a PI and expose this once and for all.

Tell me this is just all a streak of bad luck, then you go and find others who have written, followed that story as closely and exposed just as much. It's already being worked on and it's a private matter. You want to know who they are, you will have to check back when the story goes public. None of this is a joking matter, it is very serious. Remember that other site? CCSlimes and their pack of rat posters, all the slanderous, hateful comments addressed to us for months? Well, I have a feeling that's being closely looked at now as well. Someone turned up the flames. I had been there for a few years and monitored often. Some of the newer posters I believe were "good guys" who are trying to finally picking away. One poster was especially interested. Their comments, "she saw something by the attic window...there are so many people involved in that case, you can shake a stick at....some who I worked with still believe there are people of interest in that story". And another said that they were once on the trail of another awful story about woman who went missing after being supposedly dropped on a highway. Her husband had access to an incinerator. This person who shared claimed to be a former PI who worked on the case. I heard about the case through another person who followed that story, so there are a number of people who have been coming out over the years. One was a reporter who followed the woman from JP.

The name of the victim is Melissa Gosule. From Mary's many posts, we learned that some of the murderer's were housing in Hyannis homeless shelters. So what is going on? How can they allow murderers and drug addicts, dealers, convicted pedophiles to roam freely around schools with young children so close by? Where are the Cape officials on this? How many other murders we never even heard of, that didn't make the paper, many are labeled as "accidental deaths". There could be 10 gunshot blasts to the head and they say the person died of natural causes. Okay, whatever you say, buddy boy. My od boss from Wellfleet, remember him? Someone mentioned they were young pregnant girls, but who knows. This story surrounds the other mystery of 1969, Tony Costa. That case was investigate at the same time Teddy had his mishap on the bridge. I heard that he could drive with no problem over that bridge even when completely plastered. Cause of the accident has been speculated that he was somewhat distracted which led to his sudden right turn. Well, that was the first time I heard that one, and this story didn't fall out of the sky, either.

Well, obviously the Cape has been home to quite a many strange individuals to say the least. I have followed enough cases from here & on the Cape to know that there are just too many inconsistencies, lack of oversight on some cases I became interested in, and it's unsettling.

It's taken me a while to realize that both parties are just one in the same, but I do try to vote on the individual. I was registered an independent once and have voted on a republican ticket maybe once. But I am a registered democrat once again. My views still lean towards the left because I've seen and experienced too much from the right, personally and professionally to reconsider. Things are not like the Cape up here in Boston. We have to prove our computer expertise by applying on line. You must know how to navigate through the companies sophisticated websites. I was a finalist at BU just last week, but I'm sure it was my salary that they had a problem with, on a separate interview across campus, I was told my job now pays 15k less at their college. They asked for references so I knew I was close. They are always looking for the over-qualified grads who are still living at home with mom and dad. I have bills to pay, like everyone else. I drive a car that I bought with cash, used. It was one of the wisest purchases I made. I refuse to have a car payment, even if I someday can afford one. I cannot afford to take a job for less. What are the chances Cape Cod will soon become another Nantucket? If you keep letting them in, they will eventually drive out all the locals. It happened in Somerville. I'd relish divulging the identity of my previous employer because I know it will make a powerful impact on how they would be viewed by the public. Thousands of us laid off and not a word in the Murdoch rags. Many already dislike what they represent. Some of us learned, after we got there, others turn a blind eye. Universities are big business, like the corporations they feed from and have learned their wicked ways. Days are gone when they care about keeping an employee. Make room for technology--that's their only objective. But you know how it works, loose lips sink ships and right about now, my fleet is still maintaining a steady course without significant damage by unanticipated assaults of undetected terrorists we call heroes.

Unemployment benefits will last for almost 2+ yrs, cha-ching! If I don't get my matched salary & benefits by then--guess what? And I don't give a damn. It is coming out of my employers bank account, not yours. They have to pay us, because that is the LAW. We didn't ask for this & many of my co-workers have young families, some were only 2 yrs. away from retirement, one got the call while home recovering from surgery. These are not human beings, they are monsters. They want us to take these pathetic temp jobs so we won't be soaking them for unemployment anymore. HA! Their strategies were very well planned out. They found a way to just get rid of people & hire more friends, all in the name of, "we are broke". Sure, just blame it on the loss of endowments, what's a few billion dollars when you have so much more? Our jobs were their slush funds. This was BS--Liars & tax cheaters who violate every law.

Complaints I made of the Cape, how some people treat newcomers is no exaggeration. Retiree's & rich don't have to experience. One guy I worked for, owns a boat businesses, admitted that some Cape lawyers really do steal the elderly blind. He's right, I worked for the ones who did & worse. Few choices, slave factories except a few, & low pay, without benefits. No wonder crime is out of control. I've met a few good souls, but for the most part, I met more with warped egos, sense of entitlement because they all live on an island. I don't get the fascination, or how that makes some feel they are somehow above everyone else. Suffer from Celebrity Syndrome. People are not treated that way in the city. Not perfect here either, they are not, but if someone is asked where they are from, no one holds it against them. We are more accepting of people's backgrounds, political, religious affiliations--many on the Cape are not. I witnessed co-owners stealing from one another & clients in the workplace, right there on good ole' Cape Cod. Should I have gone along with it? Hell no!

Buzz never could make it in the city--that's his problem. And the fact he is not off the Mayflower makes him a wash-a-shore, like the rest of the newcomers and do you know what that means? You are not accepted either. I know because I dated a guy who's family was there since the 1600's. All of you are just considered visitors, intruders, interlopers, squatters, it's all the same. You fulfill a certain need, to service their tourism. The place is solely based on seasonal service industry only. At least Florida gets to stick it to the tourist all year long, you only get a short window of time, so you better be sure to jack up those prices, then it's welfare all winter long. Some of you really have a lot of freakin' nerve looking down on me and those of us who actually struggle to make a living. If I had my choice, I'd be still working, but I will not tolerate the way I have been treated and take a low paying job to serve the very people who are only concerned about their continuing high profits. NOW I KNOW WHY UNIONS WERE INVENTED, they wouldn't be getting away if we had more unions!

A member of my family use to own a construction company & when I explained the way we have been treated after the layoff, not even he could believe how rotten--to tell someone they are laid off, then expect them to work 3-6 months anyway? And if they don't, say bye-bye to your unemployment, "that we really don't want you to have". Complete all the overload of work, since others have left, then go hit the pavement hard, find yourself another job as soon as possible because we don't want to have to pay your unemployment or cobra benefits. The days of listening to BS at meetings about how we should take temp jobs, they will transfer us to other depts, empty promises, all while they are promoting from within allowing 70 yr old's to work, while young men with toddlers at home are shown the door. People who got hired less than a year ago are allowed to remain, while my co-workers of 22+ years, recovering from surgery are told--see ya! Telling employees their jobs are elimiated, only to find they hire friends with MBA's to do entry level jobs. UNIONS would not allow any of this!

That's a good point~ what's the status of labor unions in China? It's turned from Communism into Capitalism-without-Democracy over there, and a Race to the Bottom back here. Wherever FoxNews is telling us we're headed, calculate a 180 in your head...

I know I'm doing my part by sharing with my local politicians who are working for the middle class. I've also shared this with my lawyer and agencies I'm working with, plus some of the reporters I've been interviewing with about the mortgage crisis. It all ties in with everything else. If we don't have jobs, that is the other straw that will break the middle class down. They will not be happy until we are all in the poor house. How do you think your communities will bear the brunt of it when jobs are wiped out? With that, comes another wave of foreclosed homes. Eventually, if times get bad enough, social security will be gone and so will pensions. Then what? We all live in tents? Maybe that's when they breakout the artillery for crowd control. Some of this is already going on now, but where is Murdoch and his news crew?

I stressed this to my local politicians--"Ask the local university presidents why they just dumped over 5,000 of your constituents into the unemployment lines. How will this effect the way we purchase goods and services in these same communities." Dominos.

People who are of retirement age, GO RETIRE--not be allowed to remain on & be dead wood-CONSULT! Sorry, but if I was of retirement age, I would be out the door so a young mother could work to support her family. When you are laid off, you are laid off and should collect a severance, unemployment w/all paid benefits until you can find adequate work at the same PAY with SAME benefits. Not be forced to go into work for 6 months knowing full well, no one will help you transfer to another dept. Then after you are gone, get a call by a staffing agency (they told us they could not afford temps either because they were SO BROKE!..Right!) & asked to come back as a temp! WOW, only in America. I'd make an educated guess whatever went wrong was most likely a plant by the banksters to take these organization down because obviously they are a big thorn in their crotch--richistan gangsters would rather people in the streets. They predict by 2012, over 8 million will have lost their homes. Great country we live in! And the new set of ways to make money is in place with homeowners being forced to hire attorneys to fight the criminals that got us there in the first place. They want everyone to believe the homeowners are the criminal masterminds behind this massive looting of homes of the working class. We created our loan doc's with all the complicated lingo, while our brokers made huge commissions, telling us Greenspan will keep it at 5% forever, not to worry, you can refi anytime, then when we tried--guess what? Suddenly the rules changed, what got us the loan was now not good enough for a fixed rate. The more people they could convince with their lies, the more people signed up.

A lawyer from Hale-Dorr told me that the banks couldn't wait to take these homes back. They sold them off to other banks for over $100k or more less than the original loan. Now we know they have defrauded the American people-if they were willing to take up to $100k hit on the original loan, many homeowners could have afforded the loan. This is what happened to my home on the Cape, so I know, but my lawyer told me I had to choose between homes. Banks knew they were in trouble long before!

I know of the credit card scam, happy to say that I don't own one except my debit card that acts as a credit card. I understand now what my mother use to say about never taking out a mortgage because the bank will own the house, but the place was distressed when I took over. At least I can say that the rents will cover my new rate, but I'm still in a holding position like so many. Both homes in prime locations and remodeled, so it would be a turn key operation, but I'm not sure how they determine whose home gets taken. The AG's office has shared that this certain lender is not allowed to foreclose in Mass due to their lawsuits, so I might be safe, who knows. I don't count on anything anymore that is said. I ask a lot of questions from the various people who are helping me with the lender and then I cross check to make sure we are all on the same page. That and tracking my google alerts for updates on breaking news on the topic. Reporter of CNN said my case was exceptional because I had many positives, compared to other homeowners. I'm scheduled for another interview soon.

I know what you say is true, but I do believe there are some politicians both left and right that are trying to help the middle class. How could they expect to be beholden to only the nouveau richistans who will only continue to hoard taxpayer consumer dollars and stash it all in off-shore accounts. This class is made up of many liberals and right wingers as well. But it's become a major power struggle. I don't believe Congress is enjoying the complete take over by the banksters. This is gone completely out of control. Few were ever really concerned how much money their CEO contracts paid, but now they have run off with the treasury. Geithner has protected all his pals at GoldmanSachs and many alike, those financial wizards at Harvard Business School who brought us ponzie schemes, hedge funds, arbitrage, layoffs, off-shore accounts, outsourcing, etc. A former tax commissioner who was overseeing their books became the biggest whistleblower, and best part, they printed it in the Harvard Crimson for all to see! No accident, Larry Summers got promoted to DC.

If we had independent newspapers, unlike the dictatorship of one corporate owned man--Murdoch, who works for the oil companies and other evil empires, we may have been informed of these bad loans years ago. Ever think about that? If the average citizen is constantly being told by brokers, lawyers, senators on the news, high esteemed officials, day after day, of how GREAT these loans are, improve your homes so you can save your house with higher rents. The yuppies moving in want brand new apartments to live in, you must do it to save your home. If Greenspan didn't adjust the long overdue rates, guess what? Everything would be great for us. But they had planned this all along. As soon as you signed on, there was no going back. You were locked in. Default swaps, credit rating agencies, SIV's, one congressman called all this "ILLEGAL", he wants heads to roll. Just because someone from Harvard creates an illegal scheme and stamps it legal, doesn't make it right. The needed to find a way to rip off billions because they were tapped out of old schemes on Wallstreet.

My neighborhood on the Cape--you know how many turnovers of homeowners we had in just 6 years? We had become just one of the few who didn't sell out. At least 5 couples, I knew personally had sold their homes for over $350-450k before everything tanked, leaving some of the new homeowners in trouble. One neighbor was building an expansive home just a mile away, but they waited to long to sell and got caught up in the disaster. I suppose they were just as stupid as the rest. They lost over $100k because they sold too late. I ran into the same problem and the local realtors wanted me to practically give it away. Then I decided to rent. I had more contacts than I knew what to do with, some were elderly, some had families, all were in foreclosure with no place to live. I could only rent month to month, because I didn't know if the bank would work with me and let me keep my rate at %5. I couldn't promise anyone a long term rental since I didn't know what would happen. Realtors on Cape don't help you find tenants, so I tried craigslist. That's when the brother's Grimm-squatters found me.

The broker and lawyer I used on the Cape knew the entire time it was a scam. They told me later, I should condo my Somerville home and the lawyer said he would be glad to help. On to the next cha-ching$$. I told him to screw. After moving out all my furniture and waving good-bye, I moved back and started temping right away so I could get a permanent job. Six months at $12 hr., one job the employer wanted me to move boxes all day. LOL. I walked out, called the agency and told them what they had me doing. Then I ended up with another agency and a temporary job at Harvard Law School helping with judicial internships. It was a much better job, although boring, I made some good friends I'm still in touch with, in fact having brunch at 11! So got to wrap this up. Each of us, has a story to tell, possee. And it's not so simple as the uninformed with their "perfect" worlds would like it to be. In hindsight, I would have stayed right here and not bought into it. A friend from high school, I became reacquainted also has a story. His construction business and buying up real estate. Then CRASH!

Caught a butt load of fish and a pretty good buzz on the Islamorada (409) hump.

Threw everything we had at them and the fishing was way better than off Fort Liquordale.

Wahoo slammed the speedo’s on top and the dolphin were like shooting fish in a barrel.
Nighttime Grouper fishing; hitting chunk on the bottom after we shut down and started chummin’ and hummin’ for tuna, although the tigers made it interesting landing them, (too many chiefs and not enough braves,alcohol may have been a factor).

Had lunch at “La Cote”(Fontainebleau) with junior, the evil insurance exec.(Assurant) and client. Tenderloin was excellent, as was according to my son, the grilled lobster and client said he also enjoyed his club sandwich. His choice is an indicator as to why he has way more money than I do. We also did a round of gazpacho shooters, and couple $7 Coronas and hit the bricks.

Pete’s down a couple large at this point w/ lunch, town car and driver, charter etc. but it’s an investment and a capitalistic approved write-off.

Got to Islamorada, stowed gear on boat and hit the town for two more hours of capitalistic debauchery before we get underway. Somehow we ended up running into an acquaintance of mine who just happened to have listed the same establishment for a short sale.

Thanks for passing along the name of the site roman also suggested infowars. It seems much of what he said has come true, hasn't it? There is an article on globalresearch.com about a group I'm not allowed to mention on this site, check it out.."C" group/Bush. It seems I wasn't just tending to more conspiracy theories as they would have liked it to be.

Maybe Buzz and his friends who condemn us should buy some stocks in defense contracts and Pfizer? Hell, why not, everyone should just join in. Many of our mutual funds were also plagued w/ co's some of us didn't want to sign up for, we too were contributing to the war effort in our own ways, by more deceptions. I can recall trying to move my 401k over to Merrill in Hyannis from BNI associates (another joke of an organization, just pay to get nothing back) and after questioning where my money was going, I didn't like what I saw. Does anyone become educated about where to put their money? When the market starts to slip, guess who get the first word to pull out? The system is rigged to keep the working class down.

Has anyone bothered to figure out why the panic & need to mass billions, store it in off-shore accounts? It was a deliberate act of home grown terrorism on the working class of America. Many continue to let the powers maintain the brain washing technique by blaming those who really didn't understand the loans. They made it too easy. Many Americans never even owned a home before, never took a loan out, they were not as "seasoned" or educated enough to see their deception. Even Congress (c-span) has condemned them-"what should have been illegal, what you were all doing, there was no prosecutorial intervention during the last 8 yrs & this administration has very little time to sort this out"...exactly, they made it such a freakin' mess that no one could possibly sort it out afterwards, intentional. Mr. Rose, (former tax commissioner) of HMS (H.Crimson) his exact words--the lawyers made the language too difficult to comprehend, it was hard to figure out how they did this, but he found out-$100 billion UNTAXED in the Cayman & he was blackballed. Did they run out of $ for the war?

The defenders of ACORN, Senator Sanders of VT & award winning journalist Jeremy Scahill (Blackwater: The Rise of the World's Most Powerful Mercenary Army)pointed out the undeniably flagrant hypocrisy that is now being exposed.

Just think how all this money could have been used at home to rebuild our nation of families who struggle everyday just to get by. The $77 mil. (Scahill's interview-Democracy Now, link above) that was paid to Pfizer for healthcare contracts--and we wonder why our healthcare is such a disaster. It's because we have been servicing the wrong people--top heavy pharmaceuticals who continue to produce lethal drugs (some distributed before approved by the FDA--see link to $2.3 settlement by Pfizer, it's all there) that cause debilitating side effects, some fatal, also contributing to higher costs and services to patients who would otherwise by healthy. I knew all of this was going on in the 90's, I see there is little reform.

I was just thinking about maverick's evident sense of privilege and entitlement... his loss of 'private space' to my grammatical corrections 2 years back and his new diversional tack demanding that Richard buy ad space for the privilege of blogging... it would be of interest to know if mav and Walter were acquainted before mav's troll-career began. Did the Cap'n ever do a favor for Walter in Real Life to justify this um, abrogation of 'private space'? Maybe he advertised in BestReadGuide? I'd like to know the history before I deem this proclaimed 'right' to sling insults and bizarre threats... merely the ravings of a demented barnacle. If Walter found this blarney charming in Real Life, then fine. If not... then I may become judgmental!
