Given the history of the court systems, he'll be released on pc, only to be arrested again on more multiple charges.

You've got it wrong on 2 counts, Peter.
1.Only rich rightwing republicans can afford a flexible flyer
2.Thus, the theft is justified.

Sorry possee, I forgot all about the "Entitlement Amendment" in the U S Constitution.

Article 3 Chapter 4 "Redistribution of Wealth."

If desired item is not peacefully handed over by said member of the corporate robber barons, herein referred to as "the very worst elements of American society"(VWEOAS), call a lawyer.

Blessed are the dirtbags for they shall inherit the earth or steal it if need be.

The wrongs of society shall soon be righted, unless of course tort reform is passed.

Granted, that wearing dark clothing at night on a bicycle is not the best idea but the bike looks WHITE to me and isn't that a shiny reflector on the back wheel of the bike (see photo)?

How come the article sounds like the person with the head injuries is at fault? Has anyone heard their account of the accident or doesn't that matter?
