Sagamore Bridge Obstacle Course!

Sagamore Bridge and Osterville

by Ana Paulina

When I purchased my home here on Cape Cod, it was with the intent that I would eventually get a chance to become more acquainted with the area. Unfortunately,  time has been very unkind with her extensive limitations until today, as I happen to spend a good portion of my morning patronizing the center of Osterville with a cup of coffee in one hand and a box of licorice candy in the other. And, while taking on the role of pedestrian and playing tourist, I finally fell upon my favorite spot below.

SOS to the Wind Farm.

The ocean is furious today.

On my way back to Bourne, while listening to some pastor on a religious radio station about how "Christ, frees us from the power of Sin." Romans 5:12.

All I kept thinking was,  at any single moment, that is all that it would take before this obstacle course, could send me   plunging through the atmosphere.

I drove on the Mid-Cape Highway around 9A.M. this morning and around  noon, and traffic was moving freely with no major delays on either side of the Sagamore Bridge.

How do you spell, N A R R O W ?

These gentlemen were having their lunch.

Follow the leader, one lane at a time.

Taking my time.

Drive with Caution,  better to be safe than sorry.

Keep your eye on the  obstacles.

Beijo!
