The Sagamore Bridge Madness

Sagamore Bridge Madness

by Ana Paulina

It has become apparent that driving over the Sagamore Bridge has become a hazard just waiting to happen, drive at your own risk.

This area was almost the scene of an accident early this morning at around 9:30 A.M., when a driver suddenly lost control of his gray truck  and magically regained it, when approaching the Sagamore Bridge entrance to Cape Cod, leaving behind some instantly startled drivers and a big cloud of smoke.

This area here is the closed off lane where construction is taking place.

This truck finally managed to get over the hump of the Sagamore Bridge construction and is now screaming with high speed to leaving  Cape Cod.

You should start a series where you interview drivers stuck at the rotary, like you walking up to their car with the camera and stuff.

It's interesting to me that there were a total of 5 guys working on the bridge;including ONE cop next to his cruiser. It's going to be fun to see how they handle a snowstorm with one lane in each direction. Are we sure Rome was built in seven days??
