Poor Deval Patrick

He blew it big time

Patrick based his campaign for governor on his solo support of the Cape Wind project and blew away his rivals who were shocked to discover a wide majority
of Bay State voters supported it too.

He based his budget for growing the state's economy on making Massachusetts America's renewable energy leader only to be stopped by the redoubtable Ted Kennedy's selfish affection for his ocean view.

Then Ted passed on to his reward in whatever nether realm is reserved for such, and Deval got his golden chance to name a new US Senator.

He chose Kennedy flunky Paul Kirk who may be the only prominent Democrat left in the state who wants to stop America's first offshore wind farm here.

Who will you vote for in the Democrat Primary on Dec. 8?

Don't get me wrong - I love the Kennedys, voted for everyone who ever ran, Ted, Joe for Chávez, Booby, Nutty Patrick, the whole wacky pack of Irish Mafia because they remind me so much of myself - tarnished, debauched, immoral, self-centered and oversexed.
